Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Revcome LLC, a California limited liability company, 461 W Woodbury Road, Altadena, CA 91001, USA ("Revcome", "we"). By creating an account or using the Revcome platform, Smart Links or website, you accept these Terms.

1. Who can join

  1. You must be at least 18 years old, or 21 where the law of your location requires it for promoting or accessing gambling offers.
  2. You may join as an individual or as a company. No identity documents are required to join, except where the law requires them (for example tax forms for payouts).
  3. You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
  4. We may decline any application and close any account, as described in sections 9 and 10.

2. Your account

  1. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your login details secure.
  2. One person or company may hold one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  3. Affiliates who already send traffic are onboarded through a call with their manager, who sets their deal and starting league. New affiliates receive standard deals.

3. Deals and commissions

  1. Revcome offers deals across forex, crypto, betting and casino, including CPA, rebates per lot, revenue share on trading fees and net gaming revenue, hybrid, CPL and CPM, depending on the offer.
  2. Your rates depend on your league and any custom deal agreed with your manager. Rates for each offer are shown in your dashboard.
  3. Each partner sets its own qualification rules, hold periods and baselines (for example the deposit and trading activity that make a qualified FTD). They are shown on each offer and form part of these Terms.
  4. You earn commission only on clients that the partner verifies and pays Revcome for. No commission is due on fraudulent, duplicate, self-referred or reversed activity.
  5. There is no negative carryover on revenue share: each month starts at zero.
  6. Hybrid Smart Links are available from Elite league, or where agreed in a custom deal.

4. Payouts

  1. Commissions are calculated in US dollars and paid every Sunday, with no minimum payout.
  2. Payouts are made in USDT or USDC on the network you choose (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, Solana or Arbitrum), or by bank transfer or another method agreed with your manager. Revcome covers crypto network fees.
  3. Revcome pays confirmed commissions on schedule even if a partner pays Revcome late.
  4. You receive an invoice or statement for every payout.
  5. You are responsible for your own taxes. Where the law requires it, we may ask for tax information before paying you.
  6. You must give a correct payout address. A payout sent to the address you provided is final.

5. Referral programme

  1. If an affiliate you refer with your referral link joins Revcome, you earn 5% of that affiliate's commission for as long as they earn.
  2. Revcome pays this 5% on top. It is never deducted from the referred affiliate's earnings.
  3. Self-referrals and referrals of existing Revcome affiliates do not qualify.

6. Smart Links, offers and traffic

  1. Smart Links route each visitor to the first offer on your priority list that accepts their country. You control which offers appear and their order.
  2. Each offer lists its allowed countries, traffic sources and promotional rules. You must follow them; breaking them may void the commission on that traffic.
  3. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your promotions and audience, including rules on financial and gambling advertising, age limits and consumer protection. Do not send traffic to an offer in a country where it is not allowed.
  4. You must never: send fraudulent, automated or incentivized traffic; bid on a partner's brand name unless the offer allows it; make misleading claims such as guaranteed profits or winnings; target minors; or present yourself as Revcome or a partner.
  5. Links work until removed; they do not expire. If a link stops working on a platform, we replace it as soon as possible.

7. Leagues, promotions and rewards

  1. Your results earn points over each month. Leagues are reviewed at the end of each month; if you reach a higher league's target you move up, and you may skip leagues. If you miss your league's target two months in a row, you move down one league.
  2. Leaderboards are ranked by points. Each affiliate can win one award per period, in the league they started that period in.
  3. Partner-funded promotions pay bonuses on top of your deal. Each promotion's rules, including what qualifies and when it ends, are shown before you join it. A promotion ends at its deadline or when its prize pool is paid out, whichever comes first.
  4. You do not need to attend an event to receive an award you have won.
  5. Revcome may change league targets, rewards and promotions for future periods. Changes never reduce rewards already earned.

8. Marketing credits

  1. New affiliates receive 100 marketing credits on signup. Custom deals may include more, including monthly credits.
  2. One credit equals one US dollar of value inside the Revcome ecosystem. Credits can be spent only on Revcome's courses, tools, products and services and those of its partners. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash.
  3. Credits do not expire.
  4. You may also pay for services in the ecosystem with your earned balance.
  5. Marketing budgets funded by partners are credited as marketing credits once the partner has paid Revcome.

9. Strikes and removal

  1. If you send fraudulent or low-quality traffic or break these Terms or an offer's rules, we may stop that traffic and give you a strike.
  2. After three strikes, your account is permanently removed and you may not open a new one.
  3. For serious fraud, we may remove an account immediately, without prior strikes.

10. Leaving Revcome

  1. You may stop working with Revcome at any time by no longer sending traffic, or by asking your manager to close your account.
  2. If you leave, clients you have already referred keep earning you commission under these Terms, and you keep access to your dashboard to see it.
  3. If your account is removed for fraud, you lose access to your dashboard, and commissions linked to the fraudulent activity are forfeited.
  4. We never contact or take over your clients.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in your dashboard, and the new version applies from the date shown. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using Revcome; continuing to use it means you accept the change.

12. Intellectual property

Revcome's name, logo, platform and content belong to Revcome. Partner brands belong to their owners. You may use partner materials only as each offer allows, and Revcome's brand only with our permission.

13. Liability

  1. Revcome provides the platform "as is". We do not guarantee any level of earnings, traffic or results.
  2. Revcome does not provide investment, trading or betting advice, and is not responsible for the products or services of partner brokers, exchanges or bookmakers.
  3. To the extent the law allows, Revcome's total liability to you is limited to the commissions paid to you in the three months before the claim.
  4. You agree to cover Revcome's losses caused by your breach of these Terms or of the law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
